Prior to founding NSDP in 2008, Dr. Rawley H. Fuller, IV, a second-generation dentist, started working with his father after graduation in 1995 in Burlington, NC. Then, in 2000, he purchased his father’s practice (est. 1972), and a “new” vision for Fuller Dental was born. It wasn’t long after taking control of the practice, and through careful planning and intentional business development that the practice began growing rapidly within the community. Soon, an expansion plan was formed, including a new, state-of-the-art facility and a larger team. Today, Fuller Dental serves as a cornerstone of the community and is one of the most sought-after dental practices in the Triad area.
In addition to being an outstanding clinician, Dr. Fuller has a keen sense of business growth and development. He is always looking for ways to improve everything and any opportunities for growth. Through the successes he experienced at Fuller Dental, he began to envision a larger group model, united under a common philosophy of patient care and a primarily fee-for-service model managed by a centralized team of professionals.
Under Dr. Fuller’s leadership, we have successfully acquired and integrated new practices, each aligned with our core values of leadership, clinical excellence, integrity, collaborative care, and innovation. This continued growth reflects our commitment to the mission of “re-envisioning private practice.”
Today, North State Dental Partners supports more than 10 locations, 20 dentists, and 200 employees across Central and Eastern North Carolina.
